We’re a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the health and wellness space. Our flagship product has over 1000+ five star reviews and is gaining traction online. TikTok Shop is now open to our category so we need someone to spearhead this major growth opportunity! We’re looking for a hands-on Influencer Partnerships Lead to scale our creator program and help us dominate TikTok Shop. This is NOT a junior position — we’re looking for someone who has done this before and wants to build the largest network of influence for our category. Responsibilities: • Identify and recruit TikTok creators aligned with our clean, wellness-forward brand. • Guide influencers on messaging, creative angles, and hooks to ensure content converts and stays on-brand. • Manage outreach, gifting, and seeding campaigns from start to finish. • Oversee content delivery and ensure proper TikTok Shop tagging or affiliate tracking. • Build and maintain a creator CRM (we currently use Streak.com — open to improvements). • Track and report key metrics: reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS. Requirements: • Prior experience running influencer campaigns for a DTC or wellness brand. • Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate codes, and influencer platforms. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Bonus: experience with tools like Trend.io & content creator tools.
