Description: We're looking for someone to help us quickly get up and running on several paid ads platforms. This is a short-term project focused on setup and troubleshooting — with potential for longer-term work if we click. Scope of work: - Help us get cleanly set up with Business Manager on Meta (this has been a hassle — we’ve run into verification and permissions issues) - Set up ad accounts for LinkedIn, Reddit, and Quora - Advise on account structure and initial configuration for testing (pixels, permissions, billing, etc.) - Quick turnaround — ideally within a few days Who you are: - You've set up paid ads platforms from scratch before — especially Meta (Business Manager hell doesn’t scare you) - Comfortable navigating the back-end admin mess - Fast, communicative, and comfortable with async work - Bonus if you can support campaign builds later (but not required for this initial gig) Budget: Flat fee for setup or hourly — we’re flexible for the right person.
