We’re looking for a Conversational Design Strategist to help us improve the call experience for our AI voice agents. Your role will involve designing call flows, writing scripts, and collaborating with developers and clients to make AI-driven conversations feel natural, helpful, and brand-aligned. This is a paid trial project with ongoing work available for the right person. Responsibilities: Design logical, user-friendly call flows for voice AI agents (sales, appointment booking, follow-up, support, etc.) Write and refine natural-sounding voice agent scripts that improve clarity and conversion Collaborate with internal devs and account managers to translate business needs into working flows Work with clients to understand their voice, tone, and customer journey Review recordings and performance data to optimize scripts Build reusable modules and flow templates for faster implementation Requirements: Experience in conversational design, scripting, or call flow development Strong understanding of customer psychology and call logic Excellent writing skills with a warm, clear, professional tone
