We are seeking a talented architect and/or structural engineer to create a stamped site plan, architectural design plans, elevations, and structural design & coordination for our outdoor pool area renovation which includes an attached pavilion. The scope of the project will involve creating detailed architectural plans, and structural analysis to ensure safety and stability. The homeowner has worked with the town building department in advance to minimize need for revisions and has confirmed the design is within bylaws. The homeowner will submit the plans and review with the town. The ideal candidate should have experience in outdoor structures, familiarity with local building codes, and a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects. Deliverables are a stamped site plan (must be licensed in MA), architectural design, elevations, draft framing plans, and structural coordination (a structural stamp is not required). A short 15 minute video conference will be required prior to hire to ensure candidates are actually who they represent to be. The hired candidate will receive a DWG file completed recently for wetland site plan, a site visit is not required.
