Project Details: • Location: Coral Gables, Florida • Pool Size: Approximately 25’ x 35’ • Scope: • Full set of architectural drawings for permitting • All architectural construction details related to the pool • Lot coverage calculations based on provided site plan • Coordination with Florida Building Code and City of Coral Gables requirements Deliverables: • Permit-ready architectural drawing set (PDF + CAD) • Lot coverage and zoning compliance documentation • Detailed sections, dimensions, and construction notes related to the pool Requirements: • Must be familiar with Florida Building Code and local permitting standards • Prior experience with residential pool design and permitting in Coral Gables or Miami-Dade County • Licensed architect or experienced architectural designer preferred • Ability to work quickly and efficiently This is a time-sensitive project, so preference will be given to professionals who can begin immediately.
