Specific Services to be Provided by Contractor 1. Work as part of a team to develop and ensure effective program plan and strategy delivery. June 1 – November 2025 2. Recruit and manage relationships with participating mayors and pharmacy retail partners including setting up and conducting onboarding meetings, providing resources and technical assistance throughout project. June 1 – November 2025 3. Develop communications plan and strategy June 1 – July 15, 2025 4. Develop PSA scripts for mayors and pharmacists June 1 – July 15, 2025 5. Update communications toolkit for mayors and community leaders (press materials, talking points, fact sheets, graphics, and social media messages) July 1 - August 9, 2025 6. Facilitate successful filming and distribution of mayors’ PSAs. June 1 – November 2025 7. Develop and post organic (and other content as needed) to National Forum’s social media channels July 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026 8. Monitor and engage on related social media posts August 1, 2025 – November 2025 9. Post videos to the National Forum website August 15, 2025 – November 2025 10. Provide communications support as needed, including coordination with paid social media team, sponsors, and internal team to ensure successful implementation of project June 1, 2025 – November 2025 11. Keep all records of contact with mayors and partners up to date according to protocol. June 1 – November 2025 12. Develop agendas, materials for presentation, and participate in/lead weekly team meetings (internal) and meetings with partners (as required). June 1 – November, 2025 13. Summarize meeting notes, input follow-up actions into Teams Planner, and conduct follow-up actions from meetings as required. June 1 – November, 2025 14. Develop bi-weekly reports/presentations for sponsor updates. June 1 – November 2025 15. Develop final report summarizing the initiative’s impact. June 1 – November 2025 16.
