We are a digital marketing consultancy looking for an experienced Digital Ads Specialist to help us set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including: ✅ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) ✅ Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) ✅ Microsoft Ads (Bing) ✅ CTV/OTT Advertising (Connected TV Platforms) Key Responsibilities: -- Strategically set up and manage campaigns across platforms -- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization -- Monitor performance metrics and optimize for ROI -- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad strategies -- Provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations Requirements: -- Proven experience managing campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft & CTV -- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data -- Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation -- Ability to manage budgets effectively -- Strong communication and reporting skills Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): -- Experience with programmatic advertising -- Creative experience in ad copy and visual assets If you have the expertise to drive high-performing ad campaigns, we’d love to hear from you!
