Twitch Streamer looking for a Social Media Content Editor / General Social Media Manager

I'm a growing twitch streamer looking to grow from Twitch Affiliate to Twitch Partner. To do so, I'm looking to find someone I can trust to manage my social media highlight posts and strategy. In short, regular posts on tiktok and youtube shorts, among potentially other sites. This would in a best case scenario be a partnership opportunity with long term potential. I want someone to choose their own hours that make sense for them and determine fair compensation together. If a partnership develops, I would transition from project / hourly oriented employment to percentage split of all revenue at a rate determined fair by both parties. (See socialized corporations or coop philosophy for reference) I need someone philosophically aligned as a socialist / leftist. Beyond that, my preference would be a queer / lgbtqia+ identifying person as I am queer and much of my audience is queer. One way or another, I am prioritizing hiring someone who is part of a minority population. Feel free to ask questions for clarity.
