We’re on the hunt for an Email Marketing Strategist who can help multiple e-commerce businesses grow their audiences, boost conversions, and foster stronger customer relationships. Who We Are: We’re a team that partners with diverse e-commerce brands, all eager to connect more effectively with their customers. You’ll be the go-to email expert—strategizing content, setting up automations, and fine-tuning campaigns—without needing to worry about design work (our in-house designers have that covered). What You’ll Do: Plan & Launch Campaigns Map out email strategies based on each brand’s unique voice, target audience, and goals. You’ll create calendars and timelines, then launch and monitor the campaigns. Segment & Grow Lists: Use best practices to keep subscriber lists organized and healthy, ensuring that each campaign reaches the right people at the right time. Automate & Optimize: Build automated flows that continually nurture leads, welcome new subscribers, and re-engage past customers. Test, Analyze, Repeat: Experiment with subject lines, email copy, send times—you name it. Then, interpret performance data (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and use those insights to make each campaign better than the last. Collaborate & Report: Work side by side with our designers to ensure the visuals match your strategy. Provide regular reports and insights to both our team and clients so everyone’s in the loop and can see the impact of your work. What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo and Listrak. Analytics Nerd (in a good way!) Comfortable diving into metrics, spotting trends, and turning data into action items. Experience with Google Analytics or other tracking tools is a plus. Copy & Communication Skills: You don’t need to be Shakespeare, but you should write engaging email copy that drives clicks and conversions. Clear communication is key for keeping clients and teammates informed. Organized & Reliable: You’ll be juggling multiple clients, so strong project management skills are crucial. Meeting deadlines and delivering consistent results should be second nature. Strategic Mindset: You see the bigger picture: turning client goals into creative, data-backed email strategies.
