Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Analytics Specialist with comprehensive expertise in digital marketing analytics, conversion setup, and tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsive, capable of managing analytics needs across various client projects effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Implement, manage, and optimize advanced tracking setups, including Google Analytics, GTM, conversion pixels, and custom tracking solutions. Monitor, analyze, and interpret data from multiple digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.). As required, review and generate insightful performance reports and actionable recommendations. Rapidly respond to and address analytics inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications: Deep experience in digital marketing analytics and conversion tracking and attribution. Proficiency in Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau). Excellent communication and rapid response skills. Ability to manage multiple client analytics accounts simultaneously.
