We are seeking a Social Listening Contractor to analyze online conversations and gather insights about our brand. The ideal candidate will monitor social media platforms, to identify trends, sentiments, and customer feedback. Your findings will help shape our marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. Experience with social listening tools and strong analytical skills are essential. If you have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and can provide actionable insights, we'd love to hear from you. Scope would include weekly reporting. This can be an automated dashboard that can be set up that can be sent to team weekly. Would also like us mid-campaign and end of campaign insights for creative optimizations and the PR/Social team. Campaign Duration: April - December, 2025.
