Responsibilities: ♦ Set up, create, and execute high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns ♦ Perform in-depth audience research to target the right customers ♦ Continuously optimize ads for maximum performance, ROI, and conversion rates ♦ Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and A/B test variations ♦ Set up and manage tracking, reporting, and performance analytics ♦ Strategically allocate budgets to maximize efficiency and scale winning campaigns ♦ Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices What We’re Looking For: ♦ Proven Facebook Ads expertise with a track record of success ♦ Strong understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation strategies ♦ Experience with Facebook Pixel, Events Manager, and retargeting strategies ♦ Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights ♦ Knowledge of creative best practices to craft engaging, high-performing ads ♦ A proactive, strategic thinker who can take ownership of ad performance This is a freelance/consulting role with potential for long-term collaboration.
