Construction Project Manager
Hourly: $30.00 - $55.00
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee off-site built projects from concept through entitlement and construction to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of the construction process and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, creating and managing project schedules, and monitoring construction progress. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
