Creative Project Manager (Agency) Location: US-based (preferred), Remote Salary: $35 - $45 per hour About the Role: 2POINT, a premier full-service multi-channel marketing agency, is searching for a Project Manager with experience with websites & marketing. This pivotal role focuses on steering our website development and design initiatives, embodying our commitment to innovation and excellence. Full-time or freelancer roles only (no third-party providers) Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Spearhead our website and design projects, ensuring exceptional collaboration between our creative team and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure project briefs are thorough and actionable before initiating creative workflows. Experience in managing branding projects is also something we would like to see. Process Optimization: Take charge of internal communication channels, fostering a transparent and efficient workflow. Ideate and implement innovative strategies to enhance our creative processes and team performance, setting new industry standards for excellence. Creative Implementation: Lead the execution of website and design projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and align with client objectives. Manage the quality assurance process, verifying feedback is effectively incorporated, and final deliverables exceed expectations. Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for the creative team, managing internal resources and a network of external freelancers as needed. Qualifications: 4+ years of project management experience, specifically in web design and development. Agency experience (preferred) Proven track record of managing creative teams and projects to successful completion. Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices, with a preference for those experienced in Asana. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to team members and clients alike.
