Description:

I'm looking for a results-driven paid ads expert to manage and optimize our Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Merchant Center campaigns for our custom drawer organizer business, Neat Shop. Our goal is to increase sales, improve ROAS, and scale our e-commerce growth. What You’ll Be Doing: - Setting up and managing Google Search, Shopping, Display & Performance Max campaigns - Managing Facebook & Instagram Ads for conversions and retargeting - Optimizing Google Merchant Center feed for better visibility - A/B testing ad creatives, copy, and audiences - Improving ad performance through keyword research, bid strategy, and budget allocation - Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.) - Implementing best practices to reduce ad costs and maximize ROI Ideal Candidate: - Experience running Google Ads & Facebook Ads for e-commerce brands - Expertise in Google Merchant Center and Shopping Ads - Experience optimizing for conversions and ROAS - Strong analytical skills and ability to track & interpret data - Experience with Shopify is a plus - Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, and custom/lookalike audiences What Success Looks Like: - Increase in sales and revenue from paid ads - Decreased cost per acquisition and improved ROAS - High-performing ad creatives and scalable ad strategy This is an ongoing project with potential for long-term collaboration.
