Hiring: Go High Level Specialist – Orthodontic Snapshot Rebuild Position: Go High Level (GHL) Specialist Location: Remote (U.S. or Canada preferred) Company: Growth Honcho About the Role We are looking for a Go High Level Specialist to help us rebuild and optimize our Go High Level snapshot for orthodontists. This role requires expertise in automation, lead follow-up sequences, and CRM customization to improve the efficiency of our orthodontic marketing system. You’ll be responsible for rebuilding automations, optimizing lead handling processes, and ensuring seamless integration with office workflows. What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Rebuild & Optimize Our Orthodontic GHL Snapshot ✅ Implement & Automate Lead Follow-Up Sequences, including: Internal Phone Call Notification: When a lead form comes in, trigger a call to office phones, automatically dialing the lead. After-Hours Auto-Response: Automatically inform leads when they will receive a callback. Day 1 Immediate Response: "We're going to call you shortly. If we don't reach you, what is a good time to call back?" Day 2 Follow-Up: "Hey, we’re still trying to reach you for the [offer] you inquired about. When is the best time to contact you? Do you prefer a call or text?" Day 3 Urgency Message: Reminder that the offer is time-sensitive. Long-Term Nurture Sequences: SMS follow-ups at Day 7, 14, and 21 for unresponsive leads. 30-Day Stale Lead Management: Move stale leads to the appropriate CRM column after 30 days. ✅ Source & Sync Lead Forms Properly ✅ Ensure Call Tracking & Recording in SmileCRM What We’re Looking For ✔ 2+ years of experience in Go High Level (GHL) ✔ Strong automation skills – ability to build SMS, email, and call workflows ✔ Experience working with dental or orthodontic marketing is a plus ✔ Ability to integrate GHL with SmileCRM and other third-party tools ✔ Detail-oriented & tech-savvy problem solver
