Experienced Account Executive | Nonprofit Digital Growth & Innovation Job Type: Hourly / Fixed Rate Estimated Duration: Ongoing Experience Level: Expert A leading digital growth agency is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong background in selling digital solutions to nonprofits and associations. We specialize in helping mission-driven organizations scale through digital transformation, revenue innovation, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate has deep experience working with nonprofits ($10M+ revenue), a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and a consultative sales approach that aligns digital services with nonprofit growth strategies. What You'll Do: Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage high-potential nonprofit clients, guiding them through the sales pipeline. Proposal & Deal Closing: Craft compelling proposals (we use PandaDoc) and lead negotiations to secure new contracts. Consultative Sales Approach: Understand nonprofit clients' pain points and present tailored digital solutions that drive fundraising, membership growth, and operational efficiency. Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads in Monday.com CRM, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery calls to signed contracts. Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with nonprofit decision-makers, demonstrating ongoing value beyond a single engagement. Collaboration with Marketing & Project Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution. Who You Are Experienced Nonprofit Sales Expert: Minimum 5+ years selling digital services (website development, CRM, digital strategy, automation, etc.) to nonprofits or associations. Deep Understanding of Nonprofit Needs: Familiar with fundraising cycles, grant funding, membership-based organizations, and nonprofit challenges. Proven Closer: Strong track record of closing high-value deals ($50K+ engagements) with nonprofit organizations. CRM & Sales Tech Savvy: Experience using Monday.com, PandaDoc, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a major plus. Excellent Communicator: Strong ability to translate complex digital solutions into clear, compelling value propositions for nonprofit leaders. Self-Starter & Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and exceed revenue goals.
