Job Title: CRM & Automation Expert for Commercial Real Estate Lead Nurturing (Keap or GoHighLevel) Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced CRM & automation specialist to set up lead follow-up sequences for our commercial real estate landing pages. We generate leads for car washes, gas stations, retail plazas, and other commercial properties and need an automated system to nurture, qualify, and convert leads efficiently. We are open to using Keap (Infusionsoft) or GoHighLevel (GHL)—whichever you specialize in and can optimize for maximum conversions. Project Scope: ✅ Automation Setup – Create workflows that automatically follow up with leads via email, SMS, and CRM tasks. ✅ Lead Qualification – Tag and segment leads based on interest level, property type, and urgency. ✅ Follow-Up Sequences – Implement a structured multi-step email & SMS campaign (e.g., immediate response, follow-ups, and long-term nurture). ✅ CRM Optimization – Ensure leads flow properly into the CRM and notify the right team members. ✅ Pipeline & Reporting Setup – Track lead status, engagement, and conversions in the CRM dashboard. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with Keap/Infusionsoft OR GoHighLevel (GHL). Experience in real estate (commercial preferred, but residential is fine too). Strong understanding of lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and follow-up best practices. Ability to write compelling email & SMS copy for engagement. Knowledge of Zapier or API integrations is a plus.
