What You’ll Do: - Collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and execute business development strategies that focus on eco-friendly, sustainable, and cause-driven brands. - Assist in prospecting and securing new business partnerships. - Be fully integrated into our agency’s culture—you’ll have an agency email, attend team meetings, and participate in brainstorming sessions and client calls. - Hybrid work opportunity: While this is a remote-first role, we will have in-person learning and working sessions when possible, and you'll be invited to join agency-sponsored events. - Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and help develop pitches for brands looking to make a meaningful impact. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of how to build and run a performance-driven marketing agency that values purpose alongside profit.
