Help! Trying to advertise on Google Search for my Shopify store

Having trouble with my existing Shopify store. An Upworks contractor built it for me 3 months ago, but I continue to have error messages when I attempt to advertise on Google Merchant Center. Now it appears I may have been hacked, as two completely unknown products showed up on my store. Need the following; - Review & correct any issues with Shopify store in regards to my product listing - Check I have adequate security measures on my Shopify account to prevent future hacking attempts - Set up an Ad on GMC.
