Sales Closer - Video Call Specialist Project overview We are seeking a Sales Closer to make video calls with prospective customers, pitch our services, and convert leads into sales. As the face of our business, you’ll be responsible for establishing rapport, guiding the conversation, and solving customer problems with enthusiasm and professionalism. The role requires someone who is adept at cold calling, can adapt quickly, and is comfortable using a script while still being able to think on their feet. Objectives ● Convert Leads to Sales: Engage prospective clients through video calls, presenting solutions and driving conversions. ● Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust with clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. ● Achieve Sales Targets: Complete daily call targets while meeting and exceeding sales goals. ● Adapt Approach: Use a flexible, personalized approach during calls, adjusting to each client’s needs and concerns. ● Resolve Objections: Address client objections effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for conversion. ● Continuous Learning: Stay knowledgeable about products and services to confidently present solutions. ● Professionalism: Maintain a polished, friendly, and professional demeanor on every call to ensure a positive customer experience. Scope of Services ● Conduct 30-minute video calls with customers to pitch our services and close sales. ● Utilize a script as a guide but be flexible in approach to ensure a personal and tailored experience for each customer. ● Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions. ● Take detailed notes during each call, ensuring a thorough record of interactions. ● Convert leads into paying customers, ensuring long-term relationships. ● Maintain professionalism and courtesy on every call, dressed appropriately and presenting a polished, friendly, and approachable demeanor. ● Follow up on any queries and objections, working to find mutually beneficial solutions for both the customer and the business. ● Complete a maximum of 14 calls per day if your calendar is full. ● Close a minimum of 2-3 sales per day ● Use our provided system for calling, which includes an AUS number through an app or computer. ● Be proactive in learning our products and services to confidently pitch them to customers. Deliverables ● Must be available from Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Australian Time. ● Fluent in English with an Australian, American, Canadian, or English accent (no foreign accents). ● Strong computer skills, including familiarity with video calling software (Zoom or other) and CRM tools. ● Must have access to a computer with fast internet, a working webcam, and microphone. ● Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building rapport and maintaining professionalism. ● Proven experience in cold calling with a track record of successful sales conversions. ● Ability to think quickly, actively listen, and adapt to customer needs during the conversation. ● Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about the product and service you’re offering. ● Comfortable handling objections and turning challenges into opportunities. ● Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear sales targets. Additional information ● Work Environment: This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you have a reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. ● Sales Tools & Technology: You will have access to the necessary systems for making calls, including an Australian number through an app or computer. Familiarity with CRM tools and video calling platforms is essential to ensure smooth communication with clients. ● Support: The company will provide continuous support to help you succeed in your role, with a focus on assisting you in achieving your sales targets and addressing any challenges you encounter. ● Team Collaboration: Although working remotely, you’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team, collaborating with colleagues to share insights, improve strategies, and drive collective success. Nice to Have: ● Previous experience in a video calling or remote setting. ● A background in B2B sales or SaaS niche with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
