Personal Assistant Needed for Admin Tasks and Social Media Management

Hourly: $15.00 - $20.00

We are seeking a reliable and organized personal assistant to support our Executive Director with various administrative tasks, social media management, and organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities include managing calendars, handling correspondence, overseeing social media accounts and helping to streamline processes. If you are proactive and have a knack for keeping things organized, we’d love to hear from you! This position is 6 months and will assist with the launch of our FED (Fitness Education Diet) program and has the potential to become permanent, full time with benefits. The non-profit is Los Angeles based. We'd prefer someone in the PST timezone, but are open to other candidates who are not.
