JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a strategic, results-driven digital marketing leader who can take full ownership of InCrowd’s omni-channel marketing strategy and brand growth efforts. This is not just a task-based role—we need someone who can execute, refine and optimize our entire marketing plan while ensuring a cohesive, data-driven approach across all channels. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee InCrowd’s marketing efforts from strategy to execution (this is a 1 person position responsible for all marketing initiatives), working closely with the founder to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. We need a visionary thinker and a hands-on executor—someone who can see the big picture while rolling up their sleeves to get things done. Candidates with health tech, senior care, crowdfunding experience, or marketplace background, and a passion for startup brand-building are highly preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience and a passion for executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including: 1.) Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution: - Own and refine companies' full digital marketing strategy, ensuring seamless execution across all channels. - Lead and coordinate campaign initiatives, ensuring that paid, organic, and community engagement efforts align with business goals. - Develop, test, and iterate marketing funnels, messaging, and audience engagement strategies. 2.) Brand Growth & Audience Engagement: - Build companies' presence and credibility within the senior care industry and broader marketplace. - Create and distribute compelling content across social media, email, blogs, and video. - Grow and manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring platform-specific strategies. 3.) Paid Advertising & SEO: - Develop and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns. - Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to drive organic growth. - Continuously track marketing performance, making real-time adjustments for maximum ROI. 4.) Integrated Campaign Development: - Strategically blend social, paid, influencer, email, and PR marketing into a cohesive campaign approach. - Identify creative ways to engage our B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring that InCrowd is positioned as the go-to platform for senior service providers and families. 5.) Community Engagement & PR Outreach: - Develop partnerships and build relationships within the senior care space. - Execute email marketing, influencer outreach, and overall initiatives to drive awareness and credibility. 6.) Crowdfunding & Growth Hacking (Preferred, But Not Required): - Lead and optimize pre-launch engagement efforts for crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, or equity-based funding). 7.) Data-Driven Marketing & Optimization: - Own marketing analytics and performance tracking, ensuring data-driven decision-making. - Provide insights and recommendations to continuously refine the marketing strategy. 8.) Collaboration & Leadership: - Work directly with the founder to set marketing priorities and ensure that all digital initiatives are aligned with InCrowd’s mission and growth targets. MARKETING STRATEGIES OF INTEREST: We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience and a passion for executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including: 1.) Social Media Marketing & Management: - Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok - Developing engaging multimedia content and managing community interactions. 2.) Paid Advertising & SEM: - Managing Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns. - Optimizing ad spend and performance for measurable ROI. 3.) Content Marketing & SEO: - Creating blogs, case studies, testimonials, and email campaigns. - Implementing SEO best practices to drive organic traffic. 4.) Email Marketing & PR Outreach: - Designing and executing email campaigns to nurture both B2C and B2B audiences. - Coordinating press releases and influencer partnerships. 5.) Community Engagement & Partnerships: - Building local partnerships and engaging in professional forums and industry events. - Establishing a trusted network through community-driven initiatives. 6.) Crowdfunding & Growth Hacking (Preferred): - Experience with crowdfunding campaigns (e.g., Kickstarter, GoFundMe) is a plus. - Developing pre-launch engagement strategies to generate early interest. WHO "YOU" ARE: - A startup-minded digital marketing leader who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - A strategic thinker with hands-on expertise across social media, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing. - A candidate with proven experience in executing omni-channel marketing strategies and a track record of building and scaling digital brands. - Passion for the senior care space is essential; experience in crowdfunding, health tech, senior care, or marketplace platforms is highly preferred. - Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of the marketing function, with the drive to lead and innovate. NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCES (Preferred, but Not Required): - Health tech, senior care, or marketplace experience. - Community engagement and partnerships in a marketing role. - Crowdfunding experience (Kickstarter, or equity-based campaigns). TIMELINE: We are currently in talent exploration mode. If selected, you will lead and execute our marketing initiatives as we prepare for our 2026 launch.
