Help with Social Media Strategy

I need someone to help me design (and possibly implement) a social media strategy. Currently, I create a lot of content on my Substack, at: https://tarotfso.substack.com/ I reproduce the Substack content on X at: https://x.com/bdafhedge And on LinkedIn at: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jackduval/ I feel like I could be getting a lot more out of my content and would like a strategy to do so. I would like to have an initial conversation where the candidate would cover at least the following items: 1. What would your strategy be for me? 2. What is the best way to implement that strategy?
