OBM for psychologist wanting to level up; Help with strategy & advertising

I am a psychologist and trauma specialist with a thriving private practice. I recently started the “second arm” of my business, which is to provide workshops/trainings and consultations to other clinicians. I am looking for a hardworking, efficient, dependable, and energetic OBM who has a lot of integrity. I do not want to “just make money,” I want to create a business that really helps clients heal, helps clinicians learn how to be better clinicians (through workshops, online training, consultations, etc.), and also (lastly, but very importantly) make more money. My mission is really important to me, and I need my OBM to be aligned. People first. Healing first. Then Money (but definitely, I need to scale). Most immediately, I need help building this “second arm” of my business, including: 1. Managing the tasks of these two businesses (keeping me on task) 2. Developing a marketing strategy for second arm (social media, podcasts, blogging, etc) 3. Starting a social media presence (I don’t have one); managing this social media 4. Writing copy for social media 5. Creating a schedule for marketing strategy 6. Blogging 7. SEO optimization
