We’re looking for a diligent and analytical Social Listening & Engagement Coordinator to help us identify and contribute to relevant discussions on Reddit and Quora. This is not a community management role—rather, it’s focused on searching for discussions, analyzing relevance, and strategically engaging by posting thoughtful comments. Responsibilities: - Search and scrape Reddit for discussions related to our industry and key topics. - Analyze discussions to determine relevance and engagement potential. - Post insightful responses to add value to conversations. - Monitor threads for follow-up engagement as needed. - Ensure all responses align with community guidelines and best practices. What We’re Looking For: - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to assess discussion relevance. - Experience with Reddit engagement, research, or digital content strategy. - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft concise, insightful responses. - Familiarity with Reddit culture, etiquette, and best practices - Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Time Commitment & Compensation: - Expected engagement: 2-3 hours per week Compensation: hourly (pls include your expected rate)
