The Ideal Candidate Should Be Highly Competent In: * Custom website development with a fast, responsive, and high-end user experience * Lead generation and marketing integration * Application-side development for automated request-for-quote tracking * Search engine optimization, conversion-focused copywriting, and targeted ads * CRM and spreadsheet integration for managing requests * Mobile-first design and ease of use for all clients Project Scope Website Development * High-quality, modern, and brand-focused minimal design * Fully responsive for desktop and mobile * SEO-optimized with clean, conversion-focused UX/UI * Two request for quote (RFQ) options: * Simple Quote Request – A quick form capturing name, email, phone, and request details * Complex Quote Request – A detailed form capturing budget, materials, project details, and timeline * All RFQ submissions should automatically feed into a master spreadsheet with structured data, including name, email, phone, request type, budget, and notes Marketing and Lead Generation * SEO strategy for high search visibility * Setup and management of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other targeted advertising strategies * Automated AI follow-ups via text or email for RFQ submissions to maximize conversions * Landing page optimization to ensure high conversion rates * Lead qualification system to filter out low-budget clients CRM and Automation * Leads from RFQ forms should auto-feed into a master spreadsheet or CRM * Integration of an AI-powered follow-up system for non-responsive leads * Potential Zapier or custom API automation for streamlined workflow Ideal Candidate Qualifications * Proven experience in high-end website development and lead generation * Portfolio of successful B2B sites or industrial service businesses * Strong UI/UX skills for premium brand presentation * Deep knowledge of SEO and paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) * Experience integrating RFQ workflows, spreadsheets, and AI follow-ups * Ability to build a system that is high-performing yet low-maintenance This is not a cheap, cookie-cutter website build.
