We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Ontario, specializing in SEO and now expanding into paid media. We're looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to help us launch and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns for our clients. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow into a lead role as we build out our paid media department. Responsibilities: 1. Plan, set up, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. 2. Research and build custom targeting strategies for both local and national brands (mostly home services and home improvement). 3. Create and test ad copy, headlines, creatives, and landing page recommendations. 4. Monitor performance, manage budgets, and scale winning campaigns. 5. Provide weekly performance reports and insights using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboard. 6. Collaborate with internal SEO/content teams to align messaging and offers. 7. Help build SOPs and internal systems as we grow the paid media division. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns (agency experience is a big plus). - Proven track record of generating leads or sales with measurable ROAS. - Strong understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. - Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM setup, and basic analytics. - Comfortable building reports and presenting performance insights. - Excellent communication and organization skills. - Self-starter mindset—able to work independently and suggest improvements proactively.
