Not get rid of them, not say - we don't do it, but hear them out and suggest the best way for them and the company to service the client and make money!!! Company makes money - you make money! You need to follow instructions but not be a robot, yet use psychology and great command of English language to make the customer feel like a friend. We provide training. Our good salespeople make up to 40000 Philipino peso per month. This is a contract work, we will sign a contract.
