Podcast Editor Needed for Engaging Audio Content

We seek an experienced Podcast Editor to refine and enhance the audio and video content for our show, Learn Laws. This is our first episode, approximately 40 minutes long, and we need help cleaning up a few recording errors to ensure a polished final product. We would also appreciate any other suggestions for improving future shows. The goal is to find a long-term freelancer to help us. Here is what we need: -Remove the first few seconds as the sound is too loud and the audio is hard to hear. Perhaps add our intro music as a cover. -Remove a phone ringing interruption at the end of the first recording with a clean, seamless edit. -Splice the first and second recordings together, ensuring a smooth and natural transition. -Reduce or eliminate any background noise for improved audio clarity. -Add our logo to the top right-hand corner of the video (logo provided as a high-resolution PNG with transparency). -Apply general improvements to enhance overall audio and video quality (e.g., consistent volume levels, visual polish). I will send the two files with Google Drive if you need to preview or download them.
