Job Description: We are seeking a top-tier, full-time professional with a strong background in cold calling, appointment setting, and acquisitions. This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in handling probates and complex real estate scenarios while providing top-notch service and solutions to potential sellers. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential sellers and generate leads. Set and manage appointments for acquisitions. Handle acquisition negotiations and secure contracts. Build and maintain strong rapport with homeowners, ensuring trust and transparency. Utilize various CRM systems efficiently to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups. Present and explain different solutions tailored to homeowners' needs. Overcome objections and problem-solve to close deals successfully. Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, cold calling, and appointment setting. Ability to multitask and navigate different CRMs with ease. Strong understanding of real estate transactions, particularly probates and complex deal structures.
