We are looking for a skilled video content creator and marketer to join Olera in telling the story of Aging in America. Our goal is to create compelling, authentic videos that capture the real experiences of families caring for elder loved ones. This includes producing high-quality short-form documentaries and curating user-generated content from families seeking senior care. Through in-person interviews and community engagement, we aim to highlight genuine narratives that resonate. This role requires 20+ hours per week, with the potential for long-term employment. What you will do: - Plan and execute in-person video shoots, including interviews and community features. - Capture high-quality video content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and stabilizing equipment. - Edit footage to craft authentic, emotionally engaging stories that resonate with our audience. Qualifications: - Proven experience in videography with a portfolio or showreel showcasing storytelling and technical skills. - Proficiency in video editing software and a solid understanding of filming techniques, lighting, and sound. - Experience with documentary-style storytelling, particularly in dynamic or unpredictable settings. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Ability to manage tight timelines and work effectively under budget constraints.
