Elite Tech Sales, Sales Enrollment Advisor (Part-Time, Remote)

We’re looking for a high-performance Enrollment Advisor who knows how to lead powerful sales conversations, carries executive presence, and can confidently guide top-tier prospects through our application process. This is NOT a high-pressure sales role. This is a role for someone who can inspire action, build trust, and elevate the brand experience while driving revenue. You'll be helping candidates commit to one of the most important investments of their career, and doing it with integrity, style, and strategy. What You'll Be Doing - Setting certification calls with leads (via LinkedIn, podcasts, and site traffic) - Owning the full-cycle enrollment process, from discovery to close - Engaging warm leads via LinkedIn DM (you’ll be supported by a lead magnet funnel and CRM) - Handling objections with confidence and care, this is a premium program, and you’ll be helping people invest in themselves at a high level - Managing pipeline and follow-ups inside our system with precision and professionalism Who You Are - You have executive presence. You’re articulate, emotionally intelligent, and command respect with calm confidence - You’re a closer. You’ve sold 4- or 5-figure offers before, and you know how to create urgency without pressure - You move with intentionality and speed. You value clean comms, tight pipelines, and proactive follow-ups - You’re intrinsically motivated: You don’t need babysitting or hype videos. You show up hungry - You care about people and outcomes: You love watching someone transform and know that enrollment is where their journey begins Bonus: You have experience in tech sales or have sold into coaching/education offers Compensation Structure - Commission-based (part-time with full-time potential) - Earn 10% of cash collected at time of sale (up to $480 per close) - Earn 5–7% kicker on back-end revenue (when client lands job and remainder is paid) - $250 bonus for full-pay closes Realistic part-time earnings: $3K–$5K/month, with upside based on volume and opportunity to go full time.
