We are looking for an experienced professional to create high-quality, step-by-step training videos for our SaaS platform. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, capable of breaking down complex processes into simple, easy-to-follow instructions, and committed to understanding our platform inside and out. What We Need: A professional who will take the time to thoroughly learn our platform before creating content. Clear, concise, and structured training videos that guide users through key features and workflows. A strong presenter with an engaging, professional voice. Ability to produce well-organized, polished instructional videos with screen recordings, annotations, and necessary callouts. A focus on user education—ensuring that content is easy to follow for new users with varying levels of technical knowledge. Responsibilities: Gathering slightly beyond a basic understanding of our platform to ensure training content is accurate and effective. Develop structured, step-by-step tutorial videos covering functionalities, how-tos, and best practices. Edit videos to ensure clarity, professional presentation, and consistency in branding. Work with our team to refine scripts, visuals, and key instructional points as needed. Ideal Candidate Has: Proven experience creating software training videos for SaaS applications. Strong technical communication skills—capable of explaining features in a way that’s easy to understand. Proficiency with screen recording and video editing tools (Adobe, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or similar). A portfolio showcasing previous SaaS training content. Experience in user onboarding, customer education, or product training.
