The ideal candidate will assist in real-time translation of workshop content, ensuring that Spanish-speaking students and families fully engage in the session. Responsibilities: • Provide live translation from English to Spanish during the workshop. • Support Spanish-speaking students and families in understanding key concepts. • Ensure clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication. • Assist with any follow-up questions or discussions in Spanish. Qualifications: • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). • Experience working in education, community programs, or translation. • Comfortable translating in real-time in a classroom/workshop setting. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in high school education or youth engagement. • Background in bilingual education or interpretation.
