As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated UGC Manager to join our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to evolve into a Creative Strategist role based on performance. We are doing over 1 million a month in revenue so we are looking for a highly ambitious Person dedicated to his/her job. Position: UGC Manager Tasks/Responsibilities: - Find content creators that fit our brand - Gather data of content creators and optimize our sheet for it - Reach out to content creators for possible UGC collaborations - Co-ordinator with content creators to ensure smooth operations - Assign and keep track of contracts that needs to be signed by content creators - Ensure that all content are delivered on time by content creators - Work closely with the creative strategist to source the right content creators - Communicate with content creators on a daily basis if needed Qualifications: - Must have at least 1 year experience with sourcing content creators - Must have at least 1 year experience working for an e-commerce brand - Understands DTC Marketing - Experience with using Shopify - Is detail oriented and has good communication - Is very proficient with Google Sheets - Speaks English Fluently This position presents a unique opportunity for career growth, with the potential to transition into a Creative Strategist role based on demonstrated performance and commitment.
