The candidate will work closely with our US Managing Director and Operational B2B Manager to align Amazon strategies with overall business goals and operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Amazon Store Management: Oversee and maintain multiple Amazon store accounts across different regions. Ensure seamless operation, from inventory management to product listing optimization. 2. Listing Optimization: Utilize SEO strategies to improve product visibility and ranking on Amazon’s search engine. Regularly update listings to reflect changes in market trends and consumer preferences. 3. Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute Amazon-specific marketing campaigns, utilizing Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) to drive traffic, enhance product visibility, and increase sales revenue. 4. Review and Customer Interaction Management: Actively monitor customer reviews and inquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses to enhance customer experience and brand reputation. 5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure strict adherence to Amazon's rules and regulations. Provide regular reports and insights to global management teams regarding store performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends. 6. International Inventory and Shipping Management: Manage international inventory control, including shipping and fulfillment requirements, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products in various markets. Skill Requirements: • Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Accounts. • Deep understanding of Amazon's page ranking and search algorithms. • Proficient in managing Amazon's merchandising features (reviews, pricing, promotions, content). • Experience in driving traffic and executing marketing campaigns through AMS. • Knowledge of Amazon's rules and regulations, with an ability to navigate them effectively. • Strong reporting skills, with the ability to communicate insights and performance metrics effectively. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Accounts. • 2+ years of experience in AMS/e-commerce marketing. • Comprehensive understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including international markets. • Proven ability to manage shipping and fulfillment requirements for international online marketplaces. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
