We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and help us connect with potential clients. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a vital role in our client acquisition process, ensuring potential clients have a seamless experience when booking consultations and learning about our programs. Responsibilities: Contact leads via email, phone, and social media to schedule consultations. Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide details. Maintain and update lead tracking in our CRM system. Provide friendly and professional communication aligned with TPC’s tone and values. Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or lead generation (preferred). Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
