We are a small, fast growing, successful property management company seeking a caring and competent property management assistant to join our team remotely as an independent contractor. What we do is provide uniquely dedicated full service property management to help our investor owners grow their cash flow while providing exceptional quality single family housing experiences for our residents. Our market is unique in that over 40% of our population lease due to the transient nature of our highly medical area employment. We offer nice homes to great families for an average of 18-24 months. This position offers a great opportunity for skill building and learning through a wide variety of daily tasks. You will never be bored. Responsibilities include supporting the property manager in the day-to-day operations and coordination including but not limited to posting listings for vacant homes and scheduling showings, vetting tenant prospects, tenant move in/move out processes, responding to tenant concerns, assisting with property warranty and insurance issues, and ensuring property compliance with local regulations. Applicants must have min 1 year experience with property management, Excel and knowledge of Appfolio software
