ExactCare is seeking experienced call center professionals to be the first impression of ExactCare for our prospective patients by scheduling, tracking, and monitoring the assessment schedules for our field representatives. These initial scheduling calls will be essential to the overall success of our field personnel as they will be the initial consultation with the prospective patient. The Scheduling Representative will be educating patient referrals on who we are, what we do, and how we make their lives better. Calls vary based on referral source, this position does involve cold calling.
