We’re seeking a technically elite, full-stack developer—an absolute wiz—to help us refine, scale, and dominate the market. Why This Role is Unique: - Work directly with the founder—quick decisions, clear priorities. - Our platform is already fully functional—we're focused on refinement, scalability, and growth. - Significant long-term impact on product strategy, features, and innovation. - High-trust, collaborative partnership; this is not a short-term gig. - Your Core Responsibilities: Immediate (Launch-Readiness): - Audit our existing Next.js 15 + Prisma codebase. - Quickly identify and fix bugs, edge cases, and UX/UI polish. - Ensure stability and robustness of API integrations (Braintree, Twilio, FedEx, Prescribery). - Optimize user onboarding and platform stability for initial launch. Mid-Term (Post-Launch Evolution): - Implement robust admin tools for managing automated communications (texts/emails), reducing dependency on developers. - Refine workflows for patient, doctor, and pharmacy interactions. - Expertly interpret analytics and translate these insights directly into meaningful platform improvements, optimizing user experience and retention. - Develop and optimize affiliate/referral functionality. - Lay groundwork for enhanced content flexibility (CMS or in-platform editors). Long-Term (Innovation & Growth): - Design and implement engaging member content areas and social interaction features. - Architect support for expanding provider networks (therapists, doctors). - Implement AI-driven personalization and optimization. - Collaborate closely with the founder to shape technical vision and future innovations. Who You Are: - Technically elite with deep experience in Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Vercel. - Highly reliable, autonomous, and takes pride in consistently delivering exceptional work with minimal supervision. - Proactive, curious, and strategically-minded, comfortable advising on product direction. - Equally adept at resolving detailed bugs and architecting complex new systems. - Fluent in English with exceptional communication, openness to feedback, and strong self-management skills. - Detail-oriented yet agile, able to deliver quickly and consistently. - Passionate about mental health, wellness, and creating meaningful human impact.
