Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned UX Strategist with proven experience in both B2B and B2C environments to lead user-centered strategies that align with business objectives. -Client & Stakeholder Interviews: Gather insights on expectations and pain points to inform UX direction. -Business Objectives & KPIs: Define success metrics such as lead generation, conversions, and user engagement. -User Research & Personas: Identify target audiences, their behaviors, and preferences through qualitative and quantitative research. -Competitive Analysis: Benchmark against industry leaders to identify opportunities and best practices. -Brand & Visual Guidelines Review: Ensure alignment with the organization's brand identity and visual standards. -Sitemap & Navigation Creation: Organize website or application pages for intuitive navigation. -User Flow Mapping: Outline how users will interact with the site or application to achieve their goals. -UI Design & Visual Identity: Create a design brief that includes page-by-page guidelines detailing required elements and visual recommendations for each page. -SEO Strategy: Provide strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. -Content Planning: Identify content needs and plan for the creation of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content. Qualifications: -8+ years of experience in UX design or strategy, with demonstrable experience in both B2B and B2C sectors. -Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. -Strong understanding of SEO principles and content strategy. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders effectively. -Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into user-centered strategies.
