Overview: We are looking for an experienced Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) Consultant to assess and enhance the security of a website. The assignment involves conducting an initial VAPT, identifying vulnerabilities, and guiding the team on how to fix them. After the fixes are made, a second VAPT will be performed to ensure all issues have been addressed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform VAPT assessments on a website, identifying security gaps and vulnerabilities. 2. Simulate real-world cyberattacks to test resilience. 3. Provide detailed reports with findings, risk levels, and recommended remediation strategies. 4. Guide the team on best practices and how to resolve identified security issues. 5. Conduct a second round of VAPT after remediation to verify fixes. 6. Ensure compliance with industry security standards. Required Skills & Experience: 1. 5+ years of experience in VAPT, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment. 2. Proficiency with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Nmap, and Kali Linux. 3. Strong understanding of web security, network security, and firewalls. 4. Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5. Relevant certifications (OSCP, CEH, etc.) are a plus.
