IT/Systems Admin for Endpoint Management and Security
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our infrastructure across multiple platforms, including iOS, Mac, Windows, and Android. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in endpoint management, be comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment, and possess specialized expertise in the financial services sector, particularly in ensuring SOC 2 compliance. This role will require managing and supporting systems for a global workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the configuration and management of endpoints across various platforms (iOS, Mac, Windows, Android). - Develop and maintain automated systems for endpoint management. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security measures for all endpoints. - Ensure systems are compliant with relevant industry standards and internal security policies, particularly SOC 2. - Provide regular reports and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes. - Assist with the design and implementation of infrastructure improvements. - Support daily system operations, including backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring. - Manage and support a global infrastructure, ensuring that systems are fully operational for employees across multiple time zones. Requirements: - Advanced experience in endpoint management and configuration for iOS, Mac, Windows, and Android systems. - Proven experience working in the financial services industry. - Hands-on experience with SOC 2 audits, including system configurations and controls to meet compliance requirements. - Strong knowledge of security best practices and IT infrastructure management. - Extensive experience managing and supporting systems for an international company with employees across multiple countries and time zones. - Familiarity with enterprise-level security tools and solutions. - Experience in system troubleshooting and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, or equivalent) are a plus.
