We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider, is seeking experienced, process-driven Network & Systems Engineers to remotely handle engineering tickets for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities: Resolve IT support tickets related to networking, system administration, and cloud infrastructure. Troubleshoot Windows Server & Desktop OS, Microsoft applications, and (preferably) Linux. Manage network configurations, security tools (Sophos, Fortigate, SentinelOne, etc.), and enterprise LAN/WAN environments. Work within cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS) and support virtualized systems (Hyper-V, VMware). Document all work accurately, ensuring smooth handoffs and transparency. Follow structured IT processes to maintain efficiency and consistency. Preferred Technical Skills: Strong experience with Ubiquiti network setups. Windows Server & Active Directory administration. Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V). VoIP systems, ticketing systems, and remote support tools. Basic scripting/automation knowledge is a plus! Requirements: Previous MSP or IT support experience highly preferred. Must have stable, high-speed internet and a quiet work environment. Ability to pass a background check.
