Secure FTP/MFT Server Setup & HubSpot Integration for Sensitive Data

Description: We are seeking an experienced systems architect/engineer with expertise in secure file transfer and enterprise integrations to set up and administer a secure FTP (preferably SFTP or FTPS/MFT) solution. Our organization handles highly sensitive data, and files will be sent to our secure server, where they will be read, processed, and integrated into HubSpot. Project Scope: Design & Architecture: Evaluate and recommend the best secure FTP/MFT software (e.g., Cerberus FTP Server, GoAnywhere MFT, or CrushFTP) based on security, compliance (PCI DSS, etc.), and performance. Design the server architecture including network segmentation (DMZ, firewall rules, IP whitelisting) to protect our internal systems. Incorporate Active Directory/LDAP for user authentication, and ensure encryption (both in transit and at rest). Implementation: Install, configure, and test the chosen secure FTP/MFT solution. Develop automated workflows or scripts to extract data from incoming files. Integrate data extraction with HubSpot via API or other means. Documentation & Training: Provide detailed documentation on system configuration, security measures, and maintenance procedures. Offer brief training or handover session for our internal team on administration and troubleshooting. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in setting up secure FTP/MFT servers in environments handling sensitive data. Strong knowledge of network security best practices (firewalls, DMZ, encryption protocols). Experience integrating file transfer systems with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot). Familiarity with compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.). Ability to communicate clearly and provide a comprehensive project plan and timeline.
