Our client is a fast-growing Medical Billing Services company specializing in the Behavioral Healthcare industry. We provide services to clients including substance use disorder treatment, addiction recovery, and mental health treatment centers that are lifesaving advocates on a daily basis. Our state-of-the-art proprietary technology furnishes clients with data analytics and revenue prediction tools, enabling strategic business decisions for growth. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Product Manager capable of managing and growing a high-performing team of engineers, QA specialists, and technical leads. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and a passion for the Behavioral Healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical execution with hands-on participation across the full software development lifecycle. 2. Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent to sustain a scalable engineering organization. 3. Foster an environment of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence among team members. 4. Make sound technical decisions with strong problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product development and delivery. Qualifications: 1. Strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development. 2. Solid experience in database design, optimization, and data management. 3. Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills. Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. 4. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5. Experience in the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain is advantageous but not necessary. Work Schedule & Location: This is a remote position, based in India with working hours from 6:30 pm to 3 am IST.
