Your responsibilities encompass: - Weekly Video Production: Produce one YouTube video weekly, ensuring it aligns with the content schedule and meets quality standards. - Daily Video Editing: Edit video content daily, to create at least one long-form YouTube video per week, ranging from 8 to 25 minutes in duration. - Video Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance reviews of videos to assess what is working effectively and develop strategies for increasing views and overall channel growth. - Pre-production Meetings: Participate in pre-production meetings before each YouTube video (one meeting per week) to discuss content planning, creative direction, and coordination with the team. - Proactive Communication: Actively seek clarification and ask questions as needed throughout the week to maintain effective communication and streamline video production processes. - Communication Tools: Utilize WhatsApp as the primary communication platform for quick and efficient team collaboration. - Project Management: Use Monday.com for effective project management, including task tracking, scheduling, and coordination to ensure all project milestones are met efficiently.
