Our work spans from building sophisticated data warehouses to creating custom applications for patient scheduling and operational analytics. ## Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Analytics Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate must be available for a minimum of 6 hours overlap with Eastern US business hours and possess excellent English communication skills. A stable, high-speed internet connection is essential for video calls and screen sharing sessions. ## Key Responsibilities - Design and develop complex Power BI dashboards utilizing advanced data modeling techniques (Star/Snowflake schemas, bidirectional cross-filtering) - Implement sophisticated dax functions (removefilters(), earlier, treatas) to create robust analytical solutions - optimize existing reports through data model refactoring and visual enhancement to improve performance and user experience - collaborate directly with executive stakeholders to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights - manage data integration processes using sql, excel, and the microsoft power platform - lead independent projects and small teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions ## required qualifications - expert-level proficiency in power bi development and the power bi ecosystem (gateways, row level security, dataflows) - advanced understanding of data modeling, relationships, and filter context implications - superior english communication skills, both written and verbal - proven experience in etl processes and dataflow creation - reliable high-speed internet connection for remote collaboration ## preferred qualifications - experience in project/product management and team leadership - familiarity with microsoft power platform (power apps, power automate) - background in data engineering, data warehousing, and data lake management - knowledge of healthcare data and terminology ## working hours this is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 6 hours overlap with eastern us business hours to ensure effective collaboration with our team and stakeholders.Category: IT & ProgrammingSubcategory: Data ScienceProject size: MediumIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: Part time
