Lead Project Manager (Temporary, Remote) Overview: EduPolicy.ai is seeking a results-driven Lead Project Manager to streamline project execution and ensure timely delivery. In this role, you will expedite project tasks, oversee and manage the Monday.com CRM. Primary role is to coordinate timelines and deliverables. Your expertise in Monday.com CRM is essential for building project boards, assigning roles, managing contractors, delegating tasks, and enforcing deadlines. This might include some work that involves marketing and website redesgn if needed. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution: Expedite tasks and manage inspection processes to maintain project momentum. Logistics Oversight: Oversee logistics, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely progress. Timeline Coordination: Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet established deadlines. CRM Management: Utilize Monday.com CRM to create and manage boards, assign roles, coordinate with contractors, delegate tasks, and enforce deadlines. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates and maintain clear, proactive communication with all team members and stakeholders. Remote Collaboration: Operate independently in a remote environment while ensuring project alignment and operational excellence. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in project management and expediting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting. Industry experience in education or technology is a plus. Expertise in Monday.com CRM, including building boards, assigning roles, managing contractors, delegating tasks, and enforcing deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
